Jack’s White Mulled Wine
A warming, alcohol-free, spiced treat for cold days. The gentle tones of white mulled wine take on a surprising character thanks to Ginger Jack.
INGREDIENTS:
- 200 ml white mulled wine (e.g. winter apple juice with mulled wine spices)
- 30 ml Ginger Jack
- Extra: 2–3 thin slices of ginger, 3–4 black peppercorns, 1–2 cinnamon sticks
How do you make a JACK’S WHITE MULLED WINE?
1. TAKE YOUR INGREDIENTS
Take 200 ml of white mulled wine (e.g. winter apple juice with mulled wine spices), 30 ml of Ginger Jack, and optionally 2–3 thin slices of ginger, 3–4 black peppercorns, 1–2 cinnamon sticks.
2. POUR YOUR INGREDIENTS INTO YOUR GLASS
Gently heat the white mulled wine in a small pan, but do not let it boil (!). Stir in 30 ml of Ginger Jack.
3. FINISH YOUR GLASS
Pour into a heat-resistant glass or mug. Finish with a few thin ginger slices, black peppercorns, and one (or two) cinnamon sticks for an extra aromatic and festive touch.
